一百个人眼中有一百个哈姆雷特，同样一百个人眼中有一百种足球。每个人欣赏足球的角度是大不相同的，有人喜欢字母罗的「圆规腿」任意球；有人喜欢煤球王鼓上蚤般轻功；壮巴横冲直撞地推翻防守球员也有人追捧；布教授精湛演技自然得人效仿；甚至苏小牙疯癫狠咬，都是喜闻乐见的事情。
足球之美在于，每个人都可以从中找到自己的关注点：可以是帅哥，可以是球王，可以是流氓，可以是智者。关注点不同，决定了看足球比赛时状态的不同。看帅哥的人不关心目标对象是否在场上，只关心其是否出现在镜头前；看球王的人则为目标对象每次触球击节叫好；看流氓的人就笑纳每次粗鲁、蛮横的动作；看智者的人更习惯于比赛时观棋不语，比赛后指点江山。
足球之美在于，不分年龄、性别、种族，人人都可以凑上一脚，插上一嘴。赏球衣、鉴球鞋都可作为话题来扯。不过正因为此种特性，各行各业各色人等都愿意来搀和，因此，关于足球的笑话集层出不穷……
比起篮球、排球、羽球、乒乓球、网球，足球是准入门槛最低的运动；比起跑步、跳远这些同样准入门槛低的运动，足球又有着相当高的对抗性和趣味性。这在很大程度上增强了足球项目的普适程度。足球有着天空般宽大的胸怀，可以容纳下任何一个热爱它的子民。
所谓弱水三千，只取一瓢饮，说的就是足球爱好者们，各自找到适合自己的位置，享受足球之美。无论是身体力行，还是苦守屏前，亦或是花痴不断，甚至收藏把玩，都是在体味足球之美。谁也不比谁高级，谁也不比谁低端。
我向来不喜「伪球迷」这个称号，原因也是如此：很难确认何种人是「真球迷」，自然就无法找到其对立面。
哦，最后说一下，我看足球的口味已经沦落为喜好看失误、看群架的地步……
