1959年——西藏发生反抗中华人民共和国中央政府统治的行动；中国不再遵循原来与西藏地方政府达成的《十七条协议》，推翻原西藏政府，在历史上首次直接管治西藏。以第十四世达赖喇嘛为首的西藏地方政府随后流亡印度。

我倒是觉得，十四世达赖现在这岁数，未必是要跟中央政府一僵到底，很有可能是骑虎难下了。

1865年——谭嗣同出生，中国清朝政治家。

我自横刀向天笑了，单纯的认为自己的鲜血会换来民众的觉醒。其实天朝人民是很难有此等觉悟的。

1934年——藤子不二雄出生，日本漫画家。

著名漫画《哆啦A梦》的作者之一。
