这个标题，有点大，我未必兜得住。先从它那2010万千星辉颁奖典礼说好了。首先看下获奖名单，光说剧集部分。

总体来说，今年的奖项基本就是《公主嫁到》PK《义海豪情》了。俺家唐诗咏能从这两部戏里杀出来，斩获飞跃进步女艺员，我已然很开心。毕竟演了这么多年小妹，这次终究还是靠一个小妹的角色，拿到女飞了。希望能更进一步啊。黄浩然能取下男飞，倒也是意料之中的，看看他今年的戏份就知道了，四部担任主要角色：《情越双白线》、《公主嫁到》、《义海豪情》、《囧探查过界》，其中两部还是重头戏，不拿下男飞，TVB自己都有点挂不住的。毕竟黄浩然从电影退回到电视剧，其可塑性还是很强的，只要下力气去捧，还是能撑住的。麦包拿下男配，算得上是多年辛勤耕耘的收获了。毕竟效力TVB这么多年，虽说游离在媒体关注之外，又总接些无足轻重的角色，主要出现在小制作的剧集里，但是长期浸淫在TVB这个环境里，肯定还是会磨练出来一些的。当然，之前他给我最深刻的印象还是黄日华那一版《天龙八部》中的游坦之了。其实TVB像他这样的晚年配角还是很多的，比如蝉联视帝的黎耀祥。有时候想想，TVB埋没人才的水平不比培养人才的水平差啊。
正经的说完了，接下来我要开始阴谋论了。去年《巾帼枭雄》简直是横扫年度颁奖典礼，除了男配被当年大热Laughing哥谢天华摘走，最喜爱的女角色被杨怡拿走外，几乎所有剧集奖项全被它包下了，甚至连荣誉性质的演艺大奖，都给了监制李添胜。显然，今年如果再出现这种大包大揽，TVB不知道该说到底是剧集本身真的好呢，还是制作团队乏力。不过可惜的是，男主女主男配女配这些重要的个人奖项还是没能跑落掉，除了陈法拉那个女配，多少有点人情牌外，另外三个，两个非亲生，一个多年不出声，多少还是说明在焦点上，TVB还是不太敢悖民意的。最佳剧集给了《公主嫁到》，倒也没什么太大的异议，毕竟《义海豪情》总体来说，并不比去年的《巾帼枭雄》更出色，而《公主嫁到》显然比较老少咸宜，没什么沉重感，顺带安慰下失意的梅小青，也没什么大不了的。林峰今年那两个奖，比佘诗曼和陈豪这两个亲生子更加亲生子了。除了网络票选出来的不说，那个“我最喜爱的电视男角色”，简直就是耻辱性的……再回头看看《囧探查过界》里，不停叨咕林峰，不得不让人生厌——这是一个什么样的电视公司啊。
其实TVB现在的能力也就是一年出一两部精品的水准，当然，大家最爱怀念的90年代TVB剧集，其实也是十多年间的总和，并非每年都会出《大时代》、《天地男儿》、《创世纪》这样的巨作。编剧能力的薄弱其实最受人诟病，抄袭、借鉴之风愈演愈烈，我甚至怀疑，明后年会挑几部金庸的小说再翻拍一下。除了编剧外，演员也是一天不如一天。TVB的现状基本是，《溏心风暴》之后，老人们回潮拍戏；《巾帼枭雄》开始，配角、边缘艺人上位；新人们撑不起一部戏，当年四大花旦以及同期的男艺人们，不是北上淘金，就是乐于逍遥，再不就偶尔出来一年拍一部半部，应应人情。关键还是人才流失严重。TVB最为骄傲的就是旗下的艺人了，但是有人过档ATV，有人到内地赚快钱，没多少人愿意在这里苦熬，哪怕是邵氏电影重开张，也拉不回多少人的。这种情况跟香港电影蛮类似的。香港电影自然比不上十几二十年前的黄金时期，但是香港电影人还是那些人。在度过了一段时间的适应期后，大批的幕前幕后的电影人，在内地开拓新业务，也获得佳绩不少。而内地电影票房屡屡创新高的同时，认真看一下幕后团队，很容易找到香港电影人。
话说回来，这即将过去的2010年，TVB至少还有四部戏值得私人推荐——比起去年只有两部好很多了：《铁马寻桥》——除了郑嘉颖和杨思琦外，其他都不错；《公主嫁到》——居家生活排忧解闷必看；《义海豪情》——过火不过分，大背景下的戏还是比较难掌控的；《刑警》——黄日华+三哥+宣萱，没什么抛弃的理由。
