1895年——中国清朝和日本代表在下关签订马关条约，台湾割让给日本，甲午战争结束。
已经不记得历史课本上对《马关条约》影响的阐述了，不过甲午战争让天朝认识到师夷长技以制夷，不是仅仅师夷之外形，更重要的是师其内核。于是，有了公车上书，有了革命党。小鬼子也从此开始，不再视天朝宗主之强盛，反倒是一直持续骚扰天朝半个世纪。
1953年——中华人民共和国政务院发出《关于劝阻农民盲目流入城市的指示》，不允许城市随便到农村招工。
盲流一次词大概就是这么来的，谁又能想到25年之后，正是农民的劳动才让天朝走上兴盛之路。将农民禁锢在土地上，这并不符合社会发展的规律，土地兼并，失业人口，工业革命，社会化生产，这些都是明明白白写在马克思著作中的。户籍制度也得以发扬光大，时至今日依然影响着天朝人民的生活，甚至生存。
1989年——中国数万学生在天安门广场集会静坐，提出民主改革及为胡耀邦平反等七项要求。
